The Engineer Behind the Work

I am engineer who has led organizations, and an executive who still understands the architecture. I bridge the gap between silicon innovation and vehicle-level production — translating technical complexity into business outcomes and business strategy into executable engineering plans.

My career began at General Dynamics Land Systems, where I developed electronics for the M1A2 Abrams tank. That experience set the foundation: in defense, FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION. I carried that standard into the automotive world — and never let it go.

At TRW and Bosch, I owned ECU hardware development from ground up — schematic design, validation, and production launch. I learned that rigorous engineering process and startup-speed execution are not opposites. They can coexist, and they must. We grew market share 35% at Bosch by out-engineering the competition.

At General Motors, I owned the Ultra Cruise camera platform, delivered the first Adaptive Driving Beam headlamp system in North America (MY21 Cadillac Escalade), and built governance frameworks that reduced last-minute launch surprises across global engineering organizations.

At Scout Motors (VW Group), I defined the electrical DNA of a greenfield OEM startup — zonal ECU architecture, eFuse power distribution, ADAS integration, and cross-brand harmonization with Audi, Porsche, Skoda, and Volkswagen. Today at Melexis, I operate as the strategic bridge between semiconductor innovation and OEM platform execution.
